Terms of Payment

Unless the payment is not received by the time the order is issued, the Company must contact the Customer via e-mail to make paying after identifying a qualified and competent specialist to carry out the order.
If the Agency takes a deposit rather than the actual sum of the order at its own discretion, the Client shall understand that the entire balance stays in effect at all times and shall be charged to the Agency until the work is being delivered.
The Customer accepts that after the Order has been received, the Agency's appointed specialist must begin work on this Order and cannot be canceled or reimbursed. The customer can choose to continue the order, or cancel the order, at any time before payment or deposit has been made and an expert has been assigned to the order.
Due of the extremely specialized and individual style of service the Customer agrees to be bound by reimbursement policies of the Agency and acknowledges that the complete reimbursement of services can only be provided under the conditions set out in these terms and under certain cases where any reimbursement or discount is provided at the discretion of the Agency.
These terms and conditions must be read as 'Payment Up Front'

Payment Up Front

The customer may be required to pay the Agency formally to obtain an expert to complete the work in advance of his order.
The customer agrees that the organization cannot promise that it would ensure that a suitable available expert is obtained for the job if a payment is made before the assurance of a qualified expert.
If the customer make a payment in advance and the Customer can not have an expert for the work to be done, the Customer would be given full refund on advance payments.

Fees

The commission charges of the Agency, the key charges for its facilities and the VAT charges are listed as a number on the website of the Agency.
If the Customer requests that his work be changed to an extent that is not in accordance with his original order, these changes must be sent to the principal, who may pay his own fee for the purpose of performing them, and then the fee of the Organization is determined according to his original order.
AT shall be included in the prices quoted by the Agency at the rates from time to time, if applicable.

Final Mark Awarded

The Customer agrees that the quality level requested is not a guarantee of the mark it earns when it submits its work, or a guarantee of the final grade mark of the Customer.

Money Back and Refunds Policy

If the Entity decides to reimburse the customer in full or in part, the repayment is performed using a loan or debit card previously used by the consumer to pay. When no one used this type of card (for instance if the Customer deposited the fee directly into the bank account of the Agency), the Agency gives the Customer the option of refund by moving the bank or credit to a future order. The Company must make all refunds at its discretion.
